Scope of these terms
These terms describe how you may use the Luminesca network of sites operated from luminesca.net, including tools, game references, travel notes and analysis pages. You can read and use the public pages without creating an account. By using the sites, you agree to these terms and to the practices described in our privacy notice and cookies policy.
Acceptable use
Use the sites for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt hosting, bypass security controls, overload shared tools, scrape in a way that harms availability, or misuse contact channels to send spam or sensitive third-party data. Tool inputs you paste should be material you are allowed to process.
Tools, guides and analysis
Most browser utilities run on your device. A few documented exceptions send limited data through our server or a named third party; those exceptions appear on the relevant tool page and in the privacy notice. Analysis and journal pieces cite public sources, state their scope, and may be updated when a cited source changes. Content is written with AI assistance and reviewed before publication; it is still not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical or engineering advice.
No guarantees
The sites and tools are provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted access, complete accuracy for every use case, or that a tool output will satisfy a particular downstream system. Where a page states limits, those limits apply. Rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived remain available to you.
Intellectual property
Site branding, original writing and original tooling remain with Luminesca unless a page says otherwise. You may quote short passages with attribution and link to our pages. Do not present our materials as your own product, remove credits, or redistribute substantial copies without permission. Game titles, trademarks and third-party names belong to their owners and appear for identification.
External links and services
Following an outbound link or loading an embed connects you to that provider under its own terms. We are not responsible for third-party sites, CDNs, video hosts or documentation we cite.
Advertising status
Advertising loaders are currently paused across the Luminesca network. A Google publisher verification meta tag may appear on the main homepage for account setup; that tag does not load an advertising service and is not approval of any advertising programme. If advertising is enabled later, the privacy notice and cookies policy will identify the providers and the visitor choices then in force before ads run.
Changes
We may update these terms when the sites change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms for future visits.
